On-board you'll see some of the city's most popular monuments such as the Capitol Building, the White House and the Washington Monument. The tour makes three stops, MLK Jr. Memorial/ FDR Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial and World War II Memorial. The Lincoln Memorial stop also serves the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial and the Korean War Veteran's Memorial allowing you to see these sights in a different light. The MLK and FDR Memorials are the same stop.

Old Town Trolley Tours of Washington: operates Thursday- Monday every 30 minutes from 9:00 am with last re-boarding at 4:00 pm.
Monuments by Moonlight: Please check the calendar for dates and times available. Tours depart from the Washington Welcome Center. Please check in 30 minutes prior to boarding or your seats may be released and subject to cancellation. Reservations for the hotel shuttle pick up must be made by calling 202-832-9800, 24 hours in advance. Closed on 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Old Town Trolley Tour Ticket holders may board the trolley at the Washington Welcome Center (1001 E Street NW- Metro-Gallery Place Station) or any Old Town Trolley boarding location. Monuments by Moonlight departure location Washington Welcome Center NW- Metro-Gallery Place Station)

Parking:

Welcome Center Stop (9)- There are parking garages nearby, and Metro is two blocks away. (Gallery Place Station). Parking is also available at Union Station.

Child age: 4-12 years. Under 4 yrs free.

Notes:

OTT is not responsible for things left behind on the trolleys. It is highly recommended to bring bottled water along on the tour during the hot Summer months. Water can be purchased at the Welcome Center prior to boarding for the tour. There are no opportunities during the tour to purchase water along the route. The closest Metro stop is Metro Center on the Red Line.
Assistance animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys. When purchasing eTickets for groups of 15 or more, please call Customer Service (the number is on your eTicket), so that they may most effectively serve your needs.
