Please note that our satisfaction guarantee applies to eTickets purchased from this Website only. In some cases a service charge may apply.
Satisfaction Based Refund
If you used your eTicket and were not satisfied with the tour or attraction, we will work with you and the tour or attraction supplier to refund your money (please see refund exceptions below). As an alternative, we can issue you an eVip Pass that can be used for one full year from the date of issue in any of our 7 core cities; Boston, Key West, Nashville, San Diego, Savannah, St Augustine and Washington DC (this will lock in today's price for a future visit). For satisfaction based refunds on used eTickets purchased and printed from this site, please click on the link at the bottom of the page and fill out the eVip/Refund request form.
Unused Tickets are Non-Refundable
Tickets that have not been used are non-refundable; however, they remain valid for 6-12 months from the date of purchase.
Reservation Based - date and time specific tickets are non-refundable
Due to limited seating availability, date and time specific tickets are non-refundable if not used on the reservation date (no show). You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of tour time by calling the location tour and attraction operation directly. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your tour or attraction we will work with you and the product supplier to determine if a fair solution can be met.
Promotional Tickets (Free, Add on, or VIP Tickets)
Promotional Tickets may be used any time within the life of the ticket (6-12) months, from the date of purchase. FREE or Promotional "ADD-ON's" have no monetary value and are not refundable.
Packages contain multiple products, each with a different discount calculation. Therefore, packages and combination tickets are not refundable. However, in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will work with you and the product supplier to determine if a fair solution can be met.
Once tickets purchased through Trusted Tours & Attractionssm have expired, no refunds will be given on unused tickets.
eVip/Refund Request Form
Customers requesting a satisfaction based refund for a used eTicket (only) purchased through our Website are required to complete our eVip/Refund Request Form. Customers will need to provide the following information from their eTicket or invoice: Ticket User First Name, Ticket User Last Name and the entire 3 part eTicket Order ID (i.e. 100-123456-1).
