No tours December 25 (closed on Christmas), and December 31 (due to safety concerns on New Year’s Eve.)
Reservations are confirmed for date and time selected. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure time and check-in with the Sales Rep at the ticket booth.
Reservation Notes:
Reservations are required. Groups are asked to check-in with the Sales Rep at the ticket booth all at the same time at the ticket booth to receive boarding passes to help insure all are boarded on the same trolley together. Individuals arriving late from the group may be assigned a different trolley from their group. First to check in-first to board. Last check in-last to board. Reservation based tickets are non refundable. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance by calling 619-298-8687.

Infants must be included in the reservation and require a paid ticket. Failure to add infants may result in delays at check-in. A warm jacket or coat is suggested. This tour is not part of the Hometown Pass Program.
