Old Town Trolley Tours: Operates 7 days a week, 9:30 am - 4:00 pm, every 30 minutes. Last re-board at Stop 1. Closed July 4th, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Hotel Shuttle pick ups available. Call Customer Service for locations and times. (Shuttles temporarily suspended)
Nashville Night Tour: See online calendar for dates and times available. Please arrive 30 minutes early. No tours offered on July 4th, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.

Old Town Trolley Day Tour: Reservations are NOT needed or accepted. Tickets can be used on any operating day within 12 months of the purchase date.

Reservations are required. Reservation based tickets are non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of tour time by calling 615-258-5923. Boarding location is the corner of 6th Ave S. & Peabody Street, adjacent to the Ole Smoky Distillery located at 423 6th Avenue S. Guests must check in 30 minutes prior to departure. Late check-in may result in forfeited reserved seat.

Old Town Trolley Main Ticket Booth: 201 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37210. eTicket holders may board the trolley at any Old Town Trolley boarding location. Please note that trolleys can only pick up guests at the designated stops and by law cannot stop at any other location.

The downtown area has numerous parking opportunities in paid lots. There is no designated free parking to board the tour.

Notes:

Attraction tickets do not have to be used on the same day. Guests with Tickets can board at any Old Town Trolley boarding location. Without an e-Ticket voucher or mobile ticket you must go to the ticket booth location with invoice order number. When purchasing eTickets for groups of 15 or more, please call Customer Service 615-258-5923.
Assistance animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys. Reservation for accessible trolley must be confirmed 24-Hours in advance by calling 629-208-0200.
