KW Aquarium:Daily- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm - 365 days a year. Last entrance at 4:30 pm.
Sails to Rails: Daily from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Last entry 4:00pm.

Conch Tour Train- Only a reservation date is required. Times are not needed.
Aquarium and Shipwreck- Reservations are NOT needed or accepted. Tickets can be used on any operating day within 12 months of the purchase date.

Patrons with etickets (voucher) can board at any boarding location. Without an e-Ticket voucher you must go to the ticket booth location with invoice order number. Parking is available at Mallory Square and the Opal Resort Parking garage. Assistance animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys.
